On selection, OnMenuCommand event will pass the same info along with the captionof the menu item selected.
• MbtBasket, MbtPositionsCtrl, MbtOrderBook, MbtOpenOrdersCtrl, MbtWatch:
  Added OnSymbolItemChanged event which is similar to OnManualSymbolFocus change, but will fire for every change of row focus, not just when symbol is changed. The second parameter indicates whether the change occurred as a result of a mouse click.

• Widen cell so six-digit quotes (USD/MXN) do not cut off leading integral digit.
• Fix negated open PnL for open short Forex positions.
• Fix failure to recalculate trailing offset when changing to new Stop Limit+Trail for a Forex symbol.
• Trailing offset edit control no longer trims off trailing zeros. It instead zero-fills to the number of pip decimal places.

Open Orders

• After a replace or cancel reject, event column now displays "Replace Rejected" or "Cancel Rejected" instead of remaining stuck at "Replace" or "Cancel", respectively.
• TTOs now show properly (instead of as Stop Limit).
• Fixed bug with GTC plus orders showing in open orders as non-plus, and also wrongly allowing cxlreplaces on such orders (which then lost their plus portion).

Orderbook

• For GTC, "Session Closed" event renamed to "Suspended" and message column displays more useful 'reason' when available.
• Fix bad description for Stop Lmt + TTO (ended in "on Stop Lmt+TTO" instead of "on MBTX").
